10/31/2015: Olenka on Facebook: “One of my favorite memories of Halloween is from my days working at GE Capital [10/31/1998]. At 3pm the employees stopped work and changed into costumes as their children arrived for the afternoon Halloween parade down the office hallways. I dressed as a clown and stood by my desk admiring their costumes and giving out candy. When my bosses son was introduced to me, his eyes were wide with surprise. He went into his father’s office but turned several times to look at me, then asked his father, “Does he REALLY work for you?” Yes. “And he really comes EVERY DAY?!” Yes, of course. The boy was amazed. And then I realized, he thought I looked like this every day. So funny! He didn’t realize I don’t really have a beard.”
