4/27/2017: Stephanie: After her medical adventure, Sarah charmed her way into the halls of Congress, where a lovely Congresswoman in a gorgeous suit held the door for her and offered encouragement as Sarah strolled through the metal detector. The Capitol Police were especially smitten. Then, Sarah met “Uncle Bob” (staff director of the House Armed Services Committee and my former boss), who got all mushy – and laughed when he tried to high-five her and she quite adamantly shook her head NO. And then she ran down the hall to get back to nature. What a great morning!
