Dear William, Daniel, Catherine, (and Michael & Baby Girl Y) (and your parents), (and any future descendants and their parents),

On June 18, 2011, I told you that in 2007, I wrote a book — I always wanted to write a book, but I never did, until I heard of the NaNoWriMo Project. This got me excited, and I decided to do it. Every day, I would write a bit. I found it very difficult, but I kept it up, and the finished product is available for you here.

This project was an opportunity for me to tell the reader — that is you, my family — what my work-life was like, and what my Mom’s history was. If you do read it, I hope that you enjoy it.
