2015-05-24 to 31: Vacation in several phases: (1) Mom, Olenka, Hanka & Elzunia; (2) Longwood Gardens & Brandywine Valley, PA; (3) Ocean City, MD; (4) William, Marek & Kelly; & (5) Kasia, Rysio & Stephanie
We arrived on Friday, May 29, in the evening. First things first — celebrate William’s Fourth Birthday (actually, born on May 28). Next morning, we went to downtown Williamsburg, where I stayed in the shade on a bench, while Babcia Krysia got her jollies exploring with William, including seeing Kelly’s exhibit at Chowning’s Tavern. For lunch, we went to the Williamsburg Jamestown Airport, where we watched private airplanes land and take off; and after that we went for a ride on the Jamestown-Scotland ferry (back and forth), where William and I got splashed by the waves and we ended up wet like fish. Next morning, we headed out for Washington, DC, for Kasia’s First Birthday Party.
