After all of that, Rysiu & Stephanie were sold! They signed a Contract; they arranged for a Mortgage loan; they sold their “old” house; they made lots of decisions about their Builder’s Options; and they waited; and they watched their “baby” grow:

And then, finally, on July 31, 2015, the Closing was scheduled for 8 am. The movers were scheduled for 8 am. Both sets of parents were scheduled and their respective duties were assigned the the night before; and Kasia went on with her life at day-care as if nothing was happening — to return in the evening to a new house.
